    Many people will ask, "How can I make money with a Blog"? Well, it just so happens that writing in a blog fulfills one of the basic Bible Principles for making money. When we are willing to freely give something of Value to people, God promises to Reward us for our efforts. But how does a blog fulfill this principle?

    You may not realize this yet, but the Godly information that is stored inside you, is worth money. It has value for those who read our blog, and when they realize they can Trust you, they will be willing to share their abundance with you by buying your product. Think of it this way... When you need to buy a quart of milk on your way home, who do you buy it from? Do you stop by the grocery store, if you only need milk? Most of us will stop at a small grocer or mini-mart to buy milk, instead of going to the large grocery store, even though it can often cost twice as much... Why is this? It's a matter of convenience for one thing, but the main factors are familiarity and trust. And Trust is an integral part of Faith.

    When you are willing to share your Useful knowledge and experience with people, you build a relationship of Convenience,  Familiarity and Trust. If you are trying to sell a product, Online or Offline, these elements work in your favor, and people who Trust you will buy your Product from you, even if it costs a little more than the same product they could buy elsewhere. Take a moment to consider your own buying habits... I think you will find that you are like most other human beings... and human beings are creatures of habit. We often spend more for products by shopping where it is more convenient, in an atmosphere that is more familiar, and where we have built casual relationships. You may not intimately know the owner of your local mini-mart, but most of us know them by name.

    The next time you are overwhelmed with thoughts of giving up your Online business, I want you to stop and consider how many mini-marts there are in your city or town. In my home town there is at least 1 mini-mart for every four square block area. How do they all stay in business when they are faced with fierce competition from the large corporate grocery stores? The only reason they can continue to stay in business , especially in a recession, is that they offer Convenience, Familiarity and Trust that the large grocer cannot compete with. They open their doors each morning with faith that their loyal customers will stop by and buy something from them.

    Of all people on planet Earth, we Christians, should understand Faith more than the average Joe. We ought to know that God is on our side and that He loves us and wants us to succeed Abundantly, as long as we keep His Will and His Kingdom first in our lives. All things considered, it is the work at home Christian marketer that has the real competitive advantage in this world. We are esteemed of utmost value by our Heavenly Father who desires to provide us with His Best Blessings. If we will Trust God enough to live by His Word and Will, we certainly have an advantage in this world, and the world to come.

    It is a statistical fact that most Internet marketers flit from one program or product to another, in search of the perfect low cost, low competition Online business opportunity, and nothing like that exists. There is No such thing as a Free or Cheap Get Rich Quick, Autopilot, Guaranteed Six Figure Opportunity. My advice is to Just Pick a Good Honest Product or program and Have Faith that God can use you to fill a need for consumers.

    If we desire to make a full-time job out of Internet Marketing, we need to get past our Fear of Commitment to a specific product and our Fear of Rejection and Failure. How do we do this? By engaging our Faith in God, Self and Human Nature. As long as we are willing to work hard in offering the best possible information and service to our clients, God will provide the Grace to Supply our "Needs". We can even take His promises one step further... He has promised that "if we delight ourselves in Him, He will grant us the Desires of our Heart" (don't try to run too far with this promise, your desire must always match God's will, but He has promised this in His Word.

    We are most certainly involved in a daily battle for our attention and affection. Satan wants us to believe that we are powerless and useless, and that what we have to offer is of no consequence. That is how he immobilizes us Spiritually and Temporally. If he can get us to believe his deceptions, we will soon faint and fail. But we can Choose to ignore his lies. We can choose to place our Faith in God, and in so doing, we can find rest for our souls.

    So... let me ask again... How can a small business, work at home Christian ever expect to compete against all these large corporations who are promoting the same products as we are? We cannot... But we really don't have to, because "With God, All things are Possible". His Grace combined with our Unique Experience can produce an atmosphere of Faith around us that the Devil cannot even hope to penetrate. As long as you are willing to Socially Network and gain your customers, one relationship at a time, "Big Business" needs to Fear us. As long as we are willing to share our products in the same Honest and Heart-felt way we share the Gospel, There is no competition that can approach us.

    Using Social Media (Blogging is a form of Social Media) we can build intimate relationships with customers or clients that corporations could only dream of having. We must learn to approach Internet Marketing in the same manner that we handle every other aspect of our Christian lives. One Step at a time, One Soul at a time, One Sale at a time.

    A certain well known marketer recently posed this question. How do you eat an Elephant? We all know the correct answer to this question... One Bite at a Time! For my brothers and sisters in Christ I put it this way; "Greater is He who is in you, than he who is in the world".

Review & Report update for EWCF (Effortless Web Cash Formula) - Perfect (No Scam) Simple System for Newbie (beginner) Internet Marketers

    I have been using the EWCF for a few weeks now... and it has turned out to be a good opportunity... so I wanted to share some information on this system for those of you who are looking into various systems and affiliate programs in order to earn Extra Online Cash, a 2nd Income (or a New Full-Time Career). When you are just starting out as an Internet or Affiliate Marketer, it is extremely difficult to sift through all of the Internet systems, Affiliate Programs and the shear volume of information that is available Online, in order to find the very best opportunities to get involved in. This is where I try to help my sub-affiliates and Affiliate-Bivocation members, by providing Honest Reviews and Reports about Internet Opportunities.

    A person could spend years researching and trying the multitude of systems and programs that are continuously bombarding your email account. I am currently testing and researching three paid systems that seem to have the right ingredients for me to be willing to write a good review for them. Since I have been at this game for a few years and I know what to look for in an Internet opportunity, I am more than willing to share my experiences with other Online marketers... Especially those who are new to Internet and Affiliate marketing. So far... EWCF is whipping the butts off most other opportunities. There are a couple of reasons for this, which I will cover in this review.

    To be Brutally Honest... most Online programs are not necessarily Scams. And there are vast resources and programs for Free affiliate opportunities that have great "Potential" for making extra income (but you need to know how to market them... How to find a Niche and How to Find Free Advertising). The reason that so many systems and opportunities get labeled as Scams, is either the complexity of the opportunity, the utter useless and outdated amounts of information provided with each opportunity, or the inability of a program to offer Step-by-Step direction for New Marketers to duplicate the system. Most affiliate programs are geared toward people who already have (at least some) experience in promoting other people's products and services. Many new marketers will either Give-up or move on to another program because they do not Earn any Substantial Income from the opportunity... So that many would-be marketers will often consider themselves to be a failure... but the failure is Not Their Fault... an element of failure is often built into many systems, so that you can be Convinced to continue buying more and more of their products... each one promising the Success that has been so elusive to you, until you have the next. "can't do without", product. Most of the systems I review for my members are perfectly legitimate, and many paid programs offer a great value for your money, but they are quite often perceived to be too complex or too advanced for most beginners. This is where EWCF (the Effortless Web Cash Formula) excels above most Online 2nd Income Opportunities for beginners...

    I have checked out quite a few of the newest programs and systems that are being promoted on the Web, but quite frankly, I would not suggest them to any of my sub-affiliates. The Social Media Matrix and Affiliate Opportunities...

Use your Heart instead of your Head, and you will make a lot More Sales

    I love my job as an Affiliate Marketer. It's pretty easy and I only have to work when I choose to. I simply promote other peoples products and earn a commission each time a sale takes place. No hassles, no inventory, no Boss breathing down my neck. It's a great 2nd Income Resource that will eventually become my full-time career. As an affiliate, I am always reviewing Affiliate Programs and Online Biz Op's.

    I was reviewing a new program that is set to release soon. They call it The 'Social Media Matrix' and I thought that you might want to know more about it. Although it is not set to release for a few more weeks, there is a lot of Internet chatter about it. I watched the pre-release videos and checked out the "cheat sheets" as he calls them and he does have a very solid grasp of Internet and Affiliate Marketing using Social Media as his primary marketing method. There will most likely be many people who will pay $50 or more for his program. But what are they really paying for? A lesson in Common Sense while interacting with people. It's not a scam, but we can save ourselves some money if we Market from our Heart, instead of being a jerk and letting our head make marketing decisions for us. It seems that The Social Media Matrix is just a no-nonsense way of making friends with similar interests. The marketing part comes later in the process. He teaches what we should recognize as Common-Sense rules for Social Media.

    Since the word Matrix is used here, I could go on and on about the movie by the same name, which includes a very interesting plot. People who are inside the Matrix have no idea what the Matrix is and they cannot be told what it is, they must experience the Matrix to understand it. This can be used as a parallel to God's Kingdom and the "Real" world that "we believe" we live in. God's Kingdom exists in the world we live in right now. Most people cannot grasp the concept that His Kingdom ultimately pervades into every aspect of the world as we know it. But most people who are not Christians cannot see or understand God's Kingdom. For those who are willing to accept God's salvation through Jesus Christ, their eyes are suddenly opened to the reality of God's Kingdom on earth in much the same way as Neo became aware of what "reality" really was after he took the Red Pill. I mention these things here in order for you to understand that almost all that we think we understand about life is a fabrication designed to make us blind to the Real World of God's Kingdom. When we finally accept and begin to understand the Kingdom, we can see the principles and laws that can allow our life to operate on a whole new set of criteria. We can use Biblical principles and the teachings of Christ to alter our life and guide us into the light and truth of life on earth. Living in God's Kingdom gives us the ability to see the world for what it really is and begin to experience Freedom from the bondage and oppression that most people believe is "just a part of life".

    If we want Real Success, Wealth and Freedom, we must begin to understand the principles at work in the Real World (God's Kingdom). We tend to think that we live in a world of cut-throat competition and the only way to get ahead in life is to use the same under-handed techniques that many Internet marketers use to Sucker their customers into a sale. We think we live in a world of misery, pain and suffering, and that if we want something out of life, we have to Take it, by using and abusing people to reach our selfish goals.

    People who are into the MLM marketing thing use what they call the "three foot rule". If anyone comes within three feet of you, you are told to bombard them with your product and business offers. Does this sound like a logical way to make friends and influence people? No!!! Just the opposite happens and you become the Jerk with the three foot rule that is always trying to "hit people over the head" with their products and promotions. The people who follow this three foot rule will soon find themselves sad, alone, and broke, because their friends and family no longer want to listen to their Hype... or even be near them... not even considering the Fact that only a small percentage of the top few MLMr's ever actually make any money (Promoting 2nd and 3rd Tier Affiliate Programs is a much better bet for building a lasting 2nd income). If the truth is to be known, just the opposite of the "three foot rule" is what really controls your success. It is only when we follow the teachings of Jesus, and truly Love and accept people, that we will begin to see the Real World principles spring into action. When we build a business based on genuine love and respect for other people, we get rewarded by the Kingdom Principles that are Actually in control of the world we live in.

    The author of "The Social Media Matrix" is Perry Belcher. I don't know if he is a Christian or Not, but I do know that he has an acute understanding of "Kingdom Principles" and that what he teaches is based on those rules and techniques. The principle taught is explained in the Bible as the "Love your neighbor" principle, and here are a few key points:

1. Exhibit a genuine desire for the well-being of other people (love your neighbor)
2. Build friendships, not a "customer base"
3. Have "Faith" in people and in the Online system
4. Love People, Not Things; Use Things, Not People

... I could name more things, but I think you get the idea. The basic rules by which he operates his Online Biz, are the same principles that Jesus taught while He was here among us and are the same universal rules that are taught in God's Word.

1. Love your friends and your enemies
2. Bless those that Curse you
3. Pray for those who despitefully use you
4. Your Integrity is worth more than your Money (If someone sues you for $500, give them $1000)
5. Always Go the Extra Mile (give people more than they expect)
6. Treat other people as you would have them treat you

... These are just a few of the main principles that Jesus taught and they can be summed up in two main rules for human behavior; "Love God with every fiber of your being; and Love your Neighbor as you do Yourself.

    If you want to build a truly successful business (Online or Offline), you have to follow the basic common-sense universal rules that govern life on this planet (and God's Kingdom). Gain referrals from people who consider you a friend, and let God reward you with the money you Need to pay the bills (and more).

    Referral Marketing has always been the main-stay of any business. You can only expect success when people trust you and consider you to be a friend. If they do, then they will always recommend you (not your product or service), but you yourself, when someone they know has a need for what you sell.

I never thought it possible to so completely Remove Cat Urine!

Even with the diagnosis, I tried my best to keep working and earning a living for my family. But along with the Fibromyalgia came a host of other symptoms such as:

    It soon became apparent that I was going to have to change jobs. I moved to a position as a Flooring Consultant and Estimator working solely on commission. Due to my knowledge and experience in flooring, I was good at my job and I learned to love my new line of work. My new job was less physically demanding and I was able to accomplish more than my doctors could even imagine that I would be able to do. However, over the next few years my symptoms were growing worse each day. Although I refused to call in sick, there were many days when I really should have stayed home. I was not very productive on the bad days. I soon began to realize that I was not going to be able to keep up with the demanding pace of my work, and that I had better start looking for a way to earn a living that provided me with the freedom to work when I could, and to rest on the days when I couldn't.

    Let me start by telling you that most Internet Biz Sites are crammed full of Bull****. I can honestly tell you that I am now receiving regular Paychecks from VMC Satellite.     Starting and maintaining an Online Biz definitely takes some work. But as long as you are willing to work a little, and learn the methods that you will be comfortable using to promote your VMC Satellite Dish Biz, you can begin to earn some extra money. Your new area rug can be a joy or a nightmare. Here are 5 steps to Area Rug Behavior. 5 tips to help you rid yourself of wrinkles, buckles and bunching forever.

1. Buy a Decent Area Rug

Area Rugs are often bought as an impulse item. When you need a rug to accent your décor or to cover an ugly spot, don’t give in to the temptation of buying a chain store special, based on color and price only. An area rug should be a well thought décor item, not a cheap after-thought. You don’t have to break the bank. Most good quality wool fiber rugs are available in style and qualities that will fit most any budget. Fine quality wool fiber area rugs can be purchased Online and shipped right to your front door for about the same price as those chain store pretenders.

1. Buy a New Zealand Wool Fiber Area Rug

Wool Fiber that has been shorn from New Zealand sheep is the best fiber for an area rug. Why a New Zealand sheep? Because they have been bred to produce “carpet quality” wool fiber. An area rug of New Zealand wool fiber will be soft on the feet and extremely durable. Most stains are not a problem; simply blot gently with clear warm water for best results.

1. Make sure it is at least 12mm or More- pile density

An area rugs density will play an important role in its life and performance. A flimsy cotton or olefin (polypropylene) rug or a runner without a secondary backing is nothing but trouble. A rug without sufficient density will wrinkle, warp, buckle and bunch. Not to mention the battle for possession that takes place when you try to vacuum it. The vacuum almost always wins this battle as you try using your feet to keep it under submission and out of the suction tube. I don’t know anyone who enjoys constantly adjusting and straightening their rugs. If you buy a rug with sufficient pile density (or weight) it will remain where you place it and behave when you vacuum. I prefer rugs of at least 12mm. Especially if they are to be placed over wall-to-wall carpet. Buy a dense rug and let gravity keep it in position and under control.

1. Cotton or Jute Backing is preferred

Although cotton or jute backing is preferred, many rugs are manufactured with a secondary backing. I prefer rugs that are woven without the secondary backing. Because you can tell if it’s a good quality rug when you can detect the pattern of the rug while looking at it from the back. Whether a rug is machine-made or hand-knotted it has to be woven into something. Cotton or jute is preferred, but polypropylene mesh is fine when used in the backing of a rug (but never the face fiber). However; some rugs need that secondary backing to add density and weight. Also consider how the are rug is bonded. Single backed area rugs only need a small amount of latex to keep them bonded while secondary backing rugs need more latex to secure the backing material. If the rug maker uses synthetic latex for bonding, your nose will be happy. It will only have a new rug smell for a short period of time. If your rug maker uses a lot of real latex to secure a secondary backing, it will most likely stink of burnt rubber for years to come. Especially when the weather gets hot. Most noses and eyes are sensitive to real latex in larger doses. If you have chemical sensitivities, stick to single backed area rugs that don’t use heavy applications of synthetic latex.

1. Don't place Heavy Furniture on your Area Rugs

Area rugs are often intended to define and delineate space. If your rug is too big for the area you are decorating you will be tempted to tuck the edges of the rug under your heavier pieces of furniture. When heavy furnishings are placed on an area rug they can often cause bunching and wrinkling where the furniture legs are indenting their selves into your rug. This can cause the most beautiful and expensive rugs to look cheesy and warped. Indents, wrinkles and warping of rugs from heavy furnishings can also become more permanent. To avoid costly rug repairs down the road, keep four to six inches of distance from heavy furniture. (Coffee tables are fine; sofas, hutches and entertainment systems are a definite no-no). Although not often. Some rug applications may result in the need for a dense and firm rug pad (or cushion). I always suggest the use of all-felt or synthetic all-felt rug pads.

Avoiding the hassles of wrinkles, buckles and bunching in your area rug is as easy as pie when you consider applying these 5 tips. Your new area rug can be a joy or a nightmare. Always buy good quality (not museum quality) New Zealand wool fiber area rugs with a single woven and bonded cotton or jute backing, and never place it under any heavy furniture. Measuring Time and Space on the Web for Affiliate Promotions

    Time was not on my side this week so I was unable to finish this weeks lesson in Internet Affiliate Marketing. With taxes due, car problems and a Fibromyalgia flare, I suddenly realized I didn't have the Time to finish it. So I wrote this blog post in hopes of helping someone gain perspective in their Affiliate Biz...

    As a Christian, I look forward to the day when the angel mentioned in the book of Revelation 10:6, that there should be time no longer. Many theologians interpret this to mean the completion of God's Work with men, but I have a different view of this verse that is related to this quote from Mathew Henry "That when this mystery of God is finished time itself shall be no more, as being the measure of things that are in a mutable changing state; but all things shall be at length for ever fixed, and so time itself swallowed up in eternity". I can foresee a "time" when we are no longer held by the grip of time and space as we understand it. This could have profound implications concerning the things we shall be able to accomplish as we cross over into eternity. However this is not my main topic for this blog post. This is merely a preface as to our perception of "Internet Time".

    As an Affiliate Marketer, I have come to understand and embrace the fact that any promotion, web site or advertising I initiate on the Internet is going to take some time to become active. How much time it takes depends on many factors with the search engines being at the top of the list. I hear people speak of "Real-Time" functions of the Internet and often laugh. There are a few things that we can do on the web that can be done in real-time, but there is always a lapse of time when you are trying to promote a product or service Online. Once you have assembled a web site, advertisement, or landing page, you can expect a certain amount of time to pass before it gets listed by the search engines. Unless you have vast resources of money to throw into an ad campaign, you will just have to wait for your content to eventually be listed in search engine results. The amount of time it takes to be indexed and listed will depend largely on your content and niche, although there are many other factors that come into play.

    On my Affiliate Lessons web site, I teach people how to quickly assemble promotions to web pages, blog posts and landing pages, but by no means does that translate into instant results. You can always expect a certain amount of lag time between the time that your promotion goes live, to the day that you begin to get visitors to your site. It could be days or it could be months depending on the quality and popularity of your content and the popularity of the site you have posted your promotion on. As you learn improved methods of promotion, you can cut back the amount of time that it takes to be listed in search results, but you can never fully control it. The first web site I built (many years ago) took months to be listed in search results. The recent sites I have built have only taken a few days. I will eventually get to some lessons on this subject. For now, I am simply making a comparison of time for a marketers expectation versus the real world of "Internet Time".

    We always have preconceived notions of time, but they are rarely accurate. Patience is truly the virtue of an Internet marketer. An example of the distortion of time as we understand it can be readily found as we grow into and past adulthood. When I was a child an hour seemed to be a perfectly legitimate portion of time to accomplish my goals. I would ask my mother or father if I could go and play with friends for awhile, and one hour was usually my parents allotted time span. This was perfectly adequate for me as a child because I could accomplish a vast amount of play in one hour. As I passed into adulthood and into my senior years, my conception of an hour of time has vastly changed. I am reminded of my grand-father who tried to pass a tidbit of wisdom to me when I was young. On more than one occasion he stated that "the older you get, the faster time passes". I am now a grand-father, and I have a deep appreciation for the wisdom of that statement. The older I get, the faster time seems to pass.

    Another example of our preconceived notions of time can be found when we consider Dog Years as compared to human years. At some point in our maturity, we come to understand that dogs do not age at the same rate as humans. It is said that dogs age seven years for every one human year. It can be a sad day in the life of a child who realizes that his pet will not be able to grow old with him. But this is all a part of the human experience. A good healthy dose of the reality of time can either inspire us or immobilize us. If a housefly had human perspective, and was able to consider its life span, which is usually about twenty four hours, it would most likely give up and simply wait for death to come.

    We must therefor be considerate of time, while never allowing our perception of time to cause us to waste this valuable resource. The Bible clearly teaches that mankind has a limited resource of time. God describes our entire life as if it were a cloud that suddenly vanishes when the wind breaks upon it. So, understanding that our time is limited, we must endeavor to wisely use every moment that God has given to us.

    We are wonderfully created by God in order that we may learn the value of our own soul and the souls of those entrusted to us. To Love God and to Serve Others are our loftiest goals. May God grant us the wisdom to understand and "redeem" our time so that not one moment is wasted. As I consider how time and space affect my goals and desires, let me always choose to spend more time in pursuit of God's best gifts for my life. Let me choose to spend quality time with my family and friends. When my time is finished, I am certain that I will Not wish I had spent more time at work or less time serving others.

    As Affiliate Marketers, we must view Online Biz from a realistic perspective of time, unless you get very lucky and happen into a very needy niche you will probably not see instant results. There have been marketers that have "hit the jackpot" with just the perfect niche, keywords and product for a very hungry audience of buyers, but I have yet to accomplish such a feat. However; using totally Free Affiliate Biz Marketing Methods, I have been able to earn extra money. It certainly didn't happen overnight. It takes time to build any Biz to success and an Internet Biz is no different.

    I know a lot of people who keep searching for the Perfect Affiliate Biz. If they join a program that does not produce immediate results they will keep joining and trying other affiliate programs, one after another, searching and hoping to finally get lucky with the "Perfect" Affiliate Biz. Jumping from one program to another is just a waste of precious time. You need to pick an Affiliate Program that you are comfortable with and possibly already have some experience in. Then you can start using your time in wisely following proven methods of affiliate marketing methods. Be patient and don't allow your skewed perspective of time cause you to give up. Continue to build your Biz as you learn techniques that will draw paying customers to your affiliate offer.

    There is no such thing as "get rich quick" but you can make good money with an Online Biz. I have seen many affiliate programs that are modeled to hurt people more than help people and these are the type that are designed to line the pocket of the Biz Owner more than the Affiliate. When you base an Internet Biz on "Your Need" to make lots of money, you may get good short term results using amoral marketing methods, but the Biz and the Money will never last. The Bible describes people who make money at the expense of other people as being like a partridge that nests another birds eggs. An example of this is found in nature. The Cuckoo Bird always lays it's egg in the nest of another bird. The other bird tends to the egg as if it were her own, but when the egg hatches, the newly born Cuckoo will push the real offspring out of the nest and consume the resources of it's adopted mother. It is truly a sad thing to watch. There are many Biz Op's that are fashioned to consume the resources of anyone who joins their affiliate program. Even though they never last very long, it is still a sad thing to watch, as one person after another joins these programs and keeps sinking money into it. Eventually, and over time, everyone involved begins to fail.

    We can do better! If we build our Affiliate Biz on Biblical principles and legitimate marketing methods, we will eventually begin to produce "Fruit, much Fruit and Fruit that Lasts". This requires a long term view for affiliate biz and lots of hard work, but the payoff is far better and lasts for years to come. I am building a community of like-minded affiliates that are beginning to make money for themselves and others. Following Jesus example, we simply find the missing need in someone's life and attempt to serve that need with sincerity. As an example, if I am promoting the VMC Satellite Dish Offers ("my dish biz", not "the other one" that wants your money), I will promote to those who have a real (or perceived) need for good quality HDTV that is affordable and also fills the vacuum that may exist in someone's television or media experience. "Show Me the Money" - Can you make money in the Satellite Dish Biz? Yes I Can, and You Can too!

    I just received my first Paycheck as an Affiliate for VMC Satellite and I couldn't be more excited. I was a bit reluctant to join and promote VMC Satellite due to the manner in which the "MyDishBiz" marketing team is advertising their affiliate opportunity. I was unhappy with the misleading information on their web site which definitely triggered the word "Scam" in my head and my heart. I have been an affiliate marketer for a few years now and I knew that much of what they promised was nothing but marketing hype. I also knew that you did not need to pay money to be involved in an Affiliate Biz Opportunity. I further knew that all the advertising and search engine promises they were making to people was a bunch of hogwash that only applied to them, and would Not benefit any affiliate that would pay to join their program. I was further afraid that the Satellite Dish market was already over saturated and that people might not be buying very many Dish Systems due to the economy. But, I decided to test the market and get involved in the "Satellite Dish Biz" mostly as an experiment, so that I could more wisely advise the people who were asking me about the legitimacy of "MyDishBiz".

    Now that I am an affiliate for VMC, and I am starting to make money, I can now verify with the people who have consulted with me, that the Satellite Dish Biz can produce an income for you, if you are willing to put in some work and also learn how to effectively market on the Internet without being dishonest or amoral.

    My journey into the Satellite Dish Biz came as a result of people consulting me about whether or not "MyDishBiz" is a Scam. I am a bi-vocational Baptist minister and Pastor of a small church. Because my small (but growing) church cannot pay me a full time income, I began working on the Internet with various Free Affiliate Programs. When a number of people asked my advice about the "DishBiz" that was being heavily marketed, I researched the "MyDishBiz" affiliate program, and began to test the market. Here are the steps I have taken so far...

When I didn't like the opportunity that was presented on the "MyDishBiz" web site, I went straight to the VMC Affiliate Site and joined for Free. I really liked the program because it has 1st and 2nd tier affiliate income and it is one of the few good affiliate programs that you can market on the Internet or off the Internet. If times get really tough I could go door-to-door selling this product. I could also promote this product locally in the newspaper or with local cable advertisements (which are not that expensive).

I decided I would promote this opportunity using Only the Internet. I placed a few lines of content on my web site and blogs about how people did not have to pay to join the VMC Affiliate (home based) Job Opportunity. That they had the option to join for Free.

It was then brought to my attention that many of the people who were joining the affiliate program through my efforts did not really know much about affiliate marketing on the Internet.

I began building a web site to support and help people who are new to Internet Affiliate Marketing (often referred to as "newbies").

Within a couple of months I had over one hundred sub-affiliates who had joined through my web site or blog. So now I make a small commission each time one of my sub-affiliates makes a sale. The money I am making right now is from sub-affiliate sales only. I have not been pushing the product myself, because I wanted to see if the program could be sustainable using Only the Internet and using honest and legitimate methods of promotion.

    As I wrote at the beginning of this post; "I could not be more excited". People are beginning to make extra money using this program and I am sharing a small commission each time they make a big commission. The reason this causes me joy is that this method is the same method that is used to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. There is always Great Joy when someone recognizes their need for Christ through our puny efforts. It's never about the money... It's about helping the people you come in contact with each day. It is a total rush of happiness to know that you have played a small part in God's Plan to Improve a person's life.

    I must admit that it is nice to get a check in the mail (I certainly need the money), but "my Joy" is knowing that I have helped someone else improve their life by adding to their income. Life can never be centered around the pursuit of money because money is temporary (we cannot take it with us when we die); However, it is a necessity of life, and can play a role in serving the real and Eternal Needs of the people that God brings into our life.

    To sum things up: I can honestly tell you that the VMC Satellite Affiliate Program is one of the best around, and you can make some extra money if you are willing to work for it. I am not making near the amount of money they "suggest" on the "MyDishBiz" web site. But I haven't really poured my heart and soul into this project either. A modest amount of effort has produced a modest income. The potential to make more is up to me and how hard I wish to work for it.

Learning to Excel with Chronic Illness - Overcoming the Blahs, Blues and Depression

    An Optimist calls it the Blahs

    A Pessimist call it the Blues

    A person who is giving up calls it Depression

    My Blog entry today is partly a method of therapy that I have learned to implement on troublesome days, and partly an attempt to help those who may be suffering through transition in their life due to illness, financial decrease, family troubles or any other circumstance that would threaten to overwhelm your Mind, Will, and Emotions.

    It has been a very tough year for me, as my life is in a constant state of transition due Fibromyalgia and the Economy. When it comes to my job, I have always tried to follow the Bible principle that states, "whatever labor you do with your hands, do it with all your might". I have always tried to give more then was expected of me. I have always tried to excel beyond other people's expectations for me. The chronic pain and fatigue of Fibromyalgia has limited my abilities and at times I feel somewhat worthless. Some days I am not even able to achieve my own expectations, much less those of others. Feeling inadequate can definitely affect your mind, will and emotions. It is a constant daily struggle to remind ourselves that God can help us overcome, even in the worst circumstances.

    When we are weak:

2Co 12:10  Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

    The Bible is my only solace on days like today, when I feel weak and useless. Learning to Excel when we feel like Crap is truly a battle for our will. God's Word tells us that His Grace is sufficient to cover our Need. My Mind and Emotions are trying to tell me that I Need to stay in bed and hide from the world of my troubles. But God's promise is that I can overcome the negative thinking and depressive emotions that cause most people to give up and give in to their problems, because it is not only illness that brings such thoughts and feelings, but any transition that takes place in our lives. Our minds and emotions do not like change. But change is the only constant in God's universe. When we are suffering through transitions in life, we must remember that God can use our weakness to bring Him Glory. If we allow ourselves to be used of God, even on the days that our problems would overwhelm us, He will make a positive out of a negative. "When we are weak", God is able to show His strength to give us the power to overcome. What is your problem today? Is it an illness, a lost job or a dysfunctional relationship? As humans beings, we have a very narrow and limited view of life and we sometimes cannot imagine how God can work a miracle for us in our present state of being. The Bible assures us that God sees and knows all things pertaining to our life, and that He has the power to turn our weakness into His strength (if we are willing to abide in Him). God's principles for living our lives are the only effective means of overcoming our thoughts, actions and motives. Here are three techniques to help rid ourselves of thoughts and feelings of defeat that can limit our ability to work on the tasks that need to get done (no matter how we feel). 

2Co 10:5  Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
2Co 10:6  And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

    Affirmative Thoughts:

    God reminds us here that we cannot allow our thoughts of illness, needs, distresses, etc... to overwhelm us. We must take a firm stance in our own responsibility to control our own thoughts. Affirmative and Godly thinking is the beginning of the process that leads to victory over any circumstance. Control your thoughts instead of allowing them to control you and thereby affecting your emotions.

   Emotional Control:

    These verses are also a reminder that if we allow our emotions to control us, we are elevating our thoughts above the thoughts of God Himself. Are we smarter than God? No, we do not have the knowledge or foresight that God possesses. When we allow ourselves the "luxury" of negative thoughts and emotions, we are basically saying that God is not strong enough or smart enough to help us in our time of need. Our emotions take over when we neglect that God is in complete control and that He does have Love for us that gives us the power and the will to overcome. Don't allow your emotions to hold you hostage. Take control of your emotions with affirmative thoughts and God will be able to give us His Power.

    Will to Obey, Obey to have Will:

    When we speak of the human will, we are speaking of a person's active decision making process. How will you decide to function and live today> Many of us are tempted to give up when times get tough. This is due to human conditioning that we are essentially helpless and hopeless unless we have health, money and influence. You have been conditioned by life to expect less than God is willing to give you. God loves you and wants to give you Joy, Peace and Plenty. However, we often cannot receive God's Best, because we feel like we are at our Worst. Controlling your Thoughts gives you power to win back your positive emotions. It is only when we have allowed God to rescue us from our selfish thinking and emotions that we then have the power to make positive decisions that can not only help us, but will also be a great influence on the people around us. Bring every thought under control that you may be on top of your emotions and actually accomplish something worthwhile today... Something that has eternal value.

    What we learn here, and what I am reminding myself of, is the fact that we have to choose how we will think, feel and act each day. Will we give in to temptation and lay in bed thinking of our terrible problems and how they are not allowing us to function because we are so depressed. Or will we seize upon God's promise of Victory through the process of controlling our thoughts, actions and decisions? God wants us to be happy, at peace and actively involved in steering the course of our life... Don't let Anything stand in the way of your Blessings. Not Illness, Not Money, and certainly not the Actions and Decisions of other people. Take Control and Take Action to Receive God's Blessings of Abundance.

    I did not feel well when I woke up today. I did not think I could do my job. I did not have motivation to work and help others. I did not have anything positive to add to my life or the life of my family and friends until I reminded myself that God is in control and that He has the power to give me the complete victory over my Illness by learning what His Word teaches about the human soul and our responsibility to use His Strength to Overcome my thoughts, emotions and will... I Now have my day back and I feel so much better.

     I try to provide a new lesson each week but I have not been able to accomplish much this last week. I wanted to write the next lesson for my website but I am in the midst of a pretty severe Fibromyalgia Flare and can barely function when it hits me. Part of the reason I got into Affiliate Marketing was because I have a chronic illness with constant pain and fatigue that sometimes incapacitates me to the point that I am unable to perform any real physical labor. I continue to work, but some days I might as well not even be there because I feel that I am not useful enough. Although I now have physical limitations that I have had to learn to adapt to, I can still type on the computer. It is only when the pain and fatigue are so bad that I have trouble concentrating that I feel really useless. I suppose this feeling is normal for a person with chronic illness, but it does not make life any easier. My Faith is continually tested as I pray for strength to accomplish the things I need to do each day.
    The Apostle Paul writes in 2 Corinthians 12; that he also had a chronic condition and he called it a “thorn in the flesh”. He prayed three times for God to heal him, but instead of healing, God’s response was that “His Grace” was sufficient to overcome Paul’s condition. In other words, God told Paul that although He was not going to remove his illness, He would provide him with Grace to Cope with and overcome his condition.

    God’s Grace is His Power to accomplish His Will in this world, even when we are bombarded with illnesses, sufferings, grief’s and sorrows that we think we are not able to cope with. If we will allow God to work His Grace in our Soul (mind, will and emotions), He is able to loan us a bit of His Power to overcome any obstacle that lies in the path of our ability to do what is right, honest and good. This is the power to do a vast amount of Good in the world. Most people believe that God’s Grace is confined to spiritual matters. But this same Grace is the power we need to succeed in our Jobs and Businesses too.

    As a minister and pastor, my goal is to help people learn to tap into God’s Grace by applying the Principles in His Word to Control our thoughts, stabilize our emotions and produce good quality decisions. When we learn techniques and methods to apply God’s Word in our daily lives, we improve them by two-hundred percent. My goal for Online Biz is pretty much the same; To help people learn practical techniques and methods to ultimately improve their Quality of Life. Our lives will never be perfect, spiritually or financially, but we can improve our lives by applying Godly Principles to our thoughts, motives and actions in our personal lives and in business. It is a lofty goal, but certainly achievable. God has promised to improve our life in every way, if we will only Apply His methods to our thoughts, actions and motives.

    By following the Principles of “sowing and reaping” that are explained in the Bible, we may be certain that the seeds of business that we sow, with each link in each promotion, will eventually produce fruit. As a farmer plants seeds in a field and waits for God to provide the sunlight and rain while the farmer tends to his garden, we also can be assured that God will provide our needs as we promote products and services that meet the needs of the people around us.

    As long as we place the needs of others above our own self interest, we can expect that God will give us the Victory over all of the negative aspects of living life on this planet. No matter who we are or what we may be suffering at the moment, God has the techniques and methods we need to Overcome our own shortcomings and live a more abundant life. A more abundant life may not include mountains of money for us to selfishly indulge our desires, but He will always provide the things we truly Need to live a lifestyle that is more abundant, along with the ability to share ourselves and our abundance with people who are presently in greater need than we are.
    My family always tried to teach me that my life would be much easier if I would only work “within the system“ by obeying the rules of my authorities. There is no greater authority then God and My God has taught me that I can avoid much of the sufferings that I see around me, by following His System of Operation in my life. Many of us would like to enjoy the freedom that comes with starting and operating your own business. The true definition of freedom is: The ability to do what is right, honest and ethical so that God may improve our lives.

    If we are to be successful in any area of our life, we must avoid the temptation to take “shortcuts” to success and be involved with Scams and Unethical marketing techniques. Our desire to help other people succeed in life should be the driving force in our business. If we sincerely approach people with solutions to their needs, they will automatically provide us with what we need for ourselves. Keep the needs of others in mind when marketing your affiliate programs and you will eventually see the benefits.
    I have been involved with affiliate programs for some time now and I have many sub-affiliates who have joined programs through my efforts. Each time one of those sub-affiliates makes a sale, I make a small commission. If I can teach them how to effectively promote their affiliate programs (and home based businesses), I will eventually have an army of sub-affiliates making a good living for themselves and for me. The same principles that apply to improving a person’s spiritual life also apply to improving their financial income. With knowledge comes responsibility. I now have hundreds of sub-affiliates that have joined the truly legitimate Biz Op's on my web site. In the past I have always worked with each sub-affiliate on a one-to-one basis. But now there are too many for me to keep up with. It is my sincere desire that each new biz owner becomes an absolute success, but because most people who are starting a new eBiz are also new to Internet Marketing, the wash-out rate can be high. Many people will simply give up on a business that does not produce results quickly.

    The nature of Internet Marketing is such that it takes time and energy to establish a successful Online business, and only the most persistent and well informed people will see money eventually begin to flow into their account. I think I have finally come up with a solution to effectively help each sub-affiliate learn the ins and outs of promoting on the web.
